At Cheetah Stand, we’re one of the original Godox distributors and a few authorized repair centers for Godox and Adorama re-branded Flashpoint strobes. Follow these steps:

1. Identify Your Issue – Find your strobe and select the repair for drops, water damage, or other problems. If you do not know, please email us: repair@cheetahstand.com
2. Purchase Repair –This includes return shipping once repairs are complete.
3. Get Instructions –You’ll receive an automatic email with shipping instructions. Make sure “Enable Marketing Emails” is on, or email us for direct instructions.
4. Ship & Track –Send in your strobe and email us the tracking number.
5. Repair & Return – Once received, it'll take us about a 1-2 weeks, depending on queue to repair. We’ll test, fix, and return your strobe. If there was another issue or incorrect repair order, we'll email you directly.
