This speedring can be used with 8 Rod Octaboxes, 4 Rod Square Softboxes, 4 Rod Rectangular Softboxes and 4 Rod Strip Softboxes. The outer diameter of the speedring is 7.5" (19 cm). The holes around the perimeter will accept rods with a tip that is up to 1/3" (8mm) in diameter.
