Return Policy Terms & Conditions

Please make sure you understand these Terms & Conditions before completing the Return Form. 

Return requests must be made within 14 days from the day you received the product.

We cannot process your return without the invoice number.
We do not accept returns on items that have been used and are not in salable condition. No refund will be issued.

Costs that may be deducted from your refund:

For unopened/unused item, we will issue 100% refund for the item. We will not refund any shipping fees.


When returning an item that was shipped for free, we will subtract our original shipping cost from the refund.

For opened and used items there is a 20% restocking fee.

Open but not used item there will be no restocking fee.

Customer is responsible for the cost to ship the item back to CheetahStand.

 

Return Process:

Please email us at info@cheetahstand.com to start the return process.

We'll see if we can't resolve the issue via email or a phone call first.

Upon approval, we'll assign a case number based on your order number.

After you receive the order number, please return the item(s) back to us with the order number included (both outside and inside the return package).

The return must be postmarked within 5 days from the date the order was issued.

Returned items without the order number inside the box will not be accepted.


You must use a shipping method that supplies a tracking number.
Please keep your return tracking info for your records. We are not responsible for returns that were lost in the mail.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. You can return products within the allotted time period and purchase other products separately.

Please, no walk-ins! We are working photographers and might be on a photoshoot!

However, we are now offering curbside pick-up for orders placed for pick-up in the North Texas area. If you'd like to visit, we are available by appointment.

We're also working photographers so please excuse that our responses might be delayed outside of the normal customer service hours of 10AM - 4PM Central Standard Time.
