Cheetah Stand can "reboot" your Godox AD400Pro / AD600Pro and Adorama's Flashpoint Xplor 400 Pro and 600 Pro. If the battery is no longer accepting a charge. Problems can occur when you let the battery sit too long and the battery chemistry drops below a certain voltage.
This issue is confirmed with a simple test: Press the button on top of the battery and after charging the battery over night the battery meter still shows empty then it's a good candidate for a reboot.
However if the battery meter shows full when you press the button, this cannot be fixed.
Please Note: We cannot reboot the Standard AD600B or the AD600BM - these cannot be rebooted unfortunately.

First of all a battery retailing at 180 dollars should not just crap the bed like AD 600 Pro battery did; deep discharge I damn you to hell! Rant over. I allowed my battery to reach deep discharge and was despondent over the idea of shelling out another 180 bucks to replace it, and having a battery I could not use effectively becoming a paperweight. It bugged me, especially when the 600 pro battery is not heavy in the longevity department. I was unsure what to do until I peeped Cheetahstand.com and learned they do battery resurrection. From shipping to and receipt from was within two weeks and I have two shoots lined up within two months of one another and now have two healthy batteries to call on. Thanks Cheetastand for your expertise and the workingman friendly price structure; I will be a patron for the length of your existence.
Had no doubt that these guys would do a great, and fast job. These guys are the best!
Responsive and kind staff. Fast turnaround! It only took them less than 3 business days to get this repair done and my batteries are back to normal! Huge thanks! Please be aware that the only time consuming part is the shipping as batteries can only use ground service! So please plan ahead!
