I was extremely disappointed when I received my flash just to see that the screen cover window was still shattered. They said they only replace the screen and not the window. Unbelievable!
This was one of the easiest and painless parts of having an AD600PRO come crashing down due to poor C-Stand usage. I'd already replaced my light with an insurance claim, but I recalled Cheetahstand has a repair program. I sent in my non-working strobe and battery and received everything back within a week in working order. I hope I never have to use this service again, but I'm happy to know I can count on Cheetahstand again in a pinch.
Fast great service good as new! Thought it was toast, Cheetah the Bomb. Thanks
Not only did they fix my screen, I can tell they tested the functions to make sure everything worked. Thankful
