It's rare to find a company that tells a customer that all they want is to make the customer happy. That's CheetahStand. I had a small issue with a nob, and Ed called me to talk about it. He went over and above to make me happy and get the issue resolved. I love CheetahStand!
I was originally shipped the wrong order. My call was returned with in a couple hours with a resolution and many apologies. I can't ask for better service !! I know mistakes happen but when they are handled with this extremely positive experiences.
Works perfect and having a few extras will come in handy eventually.
Bought these for the 1st Cheetah Stand given 2 knobs have 'disappeared'. But you changed the hardware and they don't fit. Arrrgghhh. Guess I'll have to figure out something at Home Depot. Sort of wish I'd known though.
The knob should fit.
