After seeing Cheetah stands in person at Imaging USA, I was inspired to try them, and I’m thrilled that I did. They are so easy to use and move around on location - I’ll be using them from now on! Excellent customer service as well - thank you!

Decent Stand - Customer Support and Inventory Not up to Par

I bought two C10 stands nearly 6 months ago. They are decent stands and do make things convenient at times. However the customer support and inventory/stock are simply NOT up to par. I've been trying to order a carrying case for my stands since the week after I received my stands and they've been out of stock the entire time. I tried reaching out to them via the contact tab - no answer back. I tried reaching out to them via social media and eventually heard back but couldn't tell me when the cases would be back in stock and that was months ago. I check every few weeks but the cases are never in stock.

At the end of the day I'll use these stands but to me customer support/responsiveness and inventory is equally as important as the quality of the product. I'll likely use these till they give out one day, but doubt I'll return to purchase anything else.
