Repair Policy Terms & Conditions

Godox Flash Repairs

We service & repair Godox, Cheetahstand and Adorma's Flashpoint, eVOLV, XPLOR flash systems.

Cheetah Stand Godox Flash Repair Terms & Conditions:

Please make sure you understand these Terms & Conditions before purchasing the Godox & Flashpoint Flash Repair Service.

This service is for out-of-warranty Godox and Godox-Rebranded products only.  For warranty service you need contact where you purchased from.

We are not responsible for lost equipment in transit to and from and recommend that you place insurance on your repair order. 

We only serve US-based customers only.

Normally 5-7 business days after we receive the repair.  If there is a parts shortage, we will email you to let you know the expected delay time.

If we find other issues with your Godox Flash or the wrong service was selected we will contact you for further instructions on how to proceed.

If you decide not to do the repairs, you are responsible for the return shipping charges if you want the product returned.

You have 30-days to send in the flash after ordering the service or we will return your service fee.

Please beware that all service charges are based on well known issues but cost can go higher if more damage is found.  

CheetahStand can repair the following models:

Godox AD600B / Godox AD600BM / Flashpoint XPLOR 600 (TTL and non-TTL)
Godox AD600 Pro / Flashpoint XPLOR 600 Pro

We can also reboot certain batteries if listed.  We do not repair battery chargers and flashtubes.  The Godox 360II line is no longer supported.

Godox Repair Purchase Process: 

  • Read the Terms and Conditions above.
  • Find the service order that best fits your issues and order.
  • When you order and pay for the repair service, you are agreeing to the Repair Terms and Conditions as outlined above.
  • You will get a confirmation email with your Order Number.
  • Wait for a 2nd email from Cheetah Stand staff for further instructions to send your Godox flash for repair.

Sending Godox Repair into Cheetah Stand

  • Wait for a 2nd email with instructions on sending repairs into us 
  • Important: Check your Junk Folder for our 2nd email
  • Please do not ship any other items because we cannot guarantee that unnecessary items will be returned to you.
  • Send in the repair with "Confirmation Email" printed with the order number and return address. Items must be postmarked within 14-days of the paid invoice date.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that we receive the equipment, please ship via a method that provides a tracking number and preferably insurance as well.  We are not responsible for lost equipment in transit to and from.
  • Keep the tracking number for your records

Godox Repair Service at Cheetah Stand

  • Upon Receiving your Godox flash, we will inspect and repair based on service selected.  If there are further issues, we will contact you for further instructions.
  • Expect 5-7 days for the repair to take place and returned based on the shipping speed you selected during the order.  
  • Receive Godox flash back and enjoy the completed repairs!

30 days warranty Parts and Labor on the repair work.  (Shipping is not included)
