I tried having my AD600PRO serviced at two different locations, three phone calls and two emails at one service center, no response. And another basically said they don't have the parts.
I contacted Cheetah stand by email and the responded extremely fast and told me how much the service was. I sent the AD600PRO to them and their turnaround was so fast I was impressed... Highly recommended.

I had given up my AD600 Pro for dead after a drunk guest knocked over the lightstand and the unit refused to turn back on. Then I saw that Cheetah Stand offered repairs. Even at the most expensive repair, it was still cheaper than replacing the entire unit, so I decided to give it a shot. I couldn't be more pleased. I had my unit shipped and returned within a week of sending it out, and my unit works just like brand new. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs their equipment repaired.
