Return Policy Terms & Conditions

We’re sorry that our Cheetah Stand product did not fit what you were looking for but we’re here to make the process as easy as possible.

Before we proceed, please note:

  • You have 14 Days to make a return request from the day you received the product based on the tracking number.
  • Shipping will be deducted if you received “Free Shipping” at time of purchase.
  • Return shipping labels will be deducted from the return if a return shipping label was requested and used.
  • Items that are open but have no signs of use will receive a 100% refund minus shipping fees.
  • Items that are open and show minor* use will receive a 20% restocking fee & shipping fees deducted from purchase price.
  • Items that show heavy* use that cannot be re-sold will not be issued a refund.  
  • Items sent without an order number will not be issued refunds.
  • Exchanges for different items are allowed but only after first discussing with staff via email or phone call and a decision to be made appropriately at the given time. 
  • All Amazon orders are subject to the same return policy.


    "Minor Use" is defined 1-3 surface level scratches that are no longer than in inch with no scarring.

    "Heavy use" is defined as 1 or more deep scratch, tear, cut, rip, bend or deformation and scarring of material.


Return Process:

  1.  Please email us at info@cheetahstand.com to start the return process.
  2.  Include in the Subject:  “RETURN ORDER #XXXXX” with XXXXX being your order number.
  3.  We’ll try to see if we cannot resolve the issue by phone call or email. 
  4. If no resolution is found, we can issue a return shipping label or your item can be sent at your own discretion.
  5. Please include the Order Number with the order inside, if we cannot determine the original order, no refund will be issued.
  6. The order must be postmarked 5 days after the Return was authorized by email.
  7. Once the return is received, we’ll inspect and issue a refund within 3-5 business days.
