An item is missing from my shipment.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. All missing items must be reported within 10 working days from the date the package was delivered.

However, we are now offering curbside pick-up for orders placed for pick-up in the North Texas area. If you'd like to visit, we are available by appointment.

We're also working photographers so please excuse that our responses might be delayed outside of the normal customer service hours of 10AM - 4PM Central Standard Time.
